About the conference

The ART Haifa Fertility Conference brings the region's programme on cutting-edge advances in assisted reproduction to Saudi Arabia for the first time. Hosted by ART Haifa Fertility Clinics, Al Khobar, it is built around a two-day format: an intimate evening workshop for referring physicians, then a full-day scientific meeting for the wider reproductive medicine community.

The Pre-Conference Workshop on Thursday 8 October (6:00–8:00 PM) is limited to 20 referral obstetricians and gynecologists and combines short scientific talks with a showcase and tour of the clinic in Al Khuzama. The Scientific Conference — “The Art of ART” follows on Friday 9 October (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) in the Al Maha Ballroom at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel, across three sessions with international and regional faculty and a 5-minute Q&A after every presentation.

Are meals included?

Yes. Dinner follows the Thursday workshop, and lunch plus refreshment breaks are included on the Friday conference day. Prayer breaks are built into the programme.

Is accommodation included?

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. The conference is held at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel on King Saud Road, which is also the most convenient place to stay — contact the organising team about delegate rates.

Are the workshop and conference at the same place?

No. The Thursday workshop is at ART Haifa Fertility Clinics on King Khalid Road, so delegates can tour the laboratory. The Friday conference is in the Al Maha Ballroom at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel on King Saud Road. Both are in Al Khobar, roughly ten minutes apart.

What is the dress code?

Business or formal attire is recommended for both the workshop and the conference.
